IKEA Fukuoka Shingu opens in spring 2012

At IKEA our vision is to create a better everyday life for the many people. Our first store opened in Sweden in 1958, and now IKEA has become the world largest home furnishing company with stores are in 44 countries. In Japan, we have stores in Chiba, Yokohama, Kobe, Osaka, Saitama. Fukuoka will be our 6th store in Japan.

*Each session includes an introduction (1 hour) and interview (1 hour)

Positions available:480 part time workers
(1) Part time position working 20~29 hours per week
(2) Part time position working 8~19 hours per week

Qualifications: Diversity is a keyword at IKEA. We welcome people from different nationalities, academic backgrounds and lifestyles. You should also have a strong interest in home furnishings, an understanding of the IKEA concept and enjoy working in retail.
Welcome non-Japanese students who have passion for home furnishing and good conversational communication skill in Japanese.
