Most of our products are flat packed and designed in such a way that they are easy for you to take home yourself. However, if you prefer we can deliver them for you within the store delivery area. See details below about deliveries in your area, or speak to a co-worker in store for more information.

Delivery Conditions

• Only items purchased at IKEA Indonesia can be delivered
• A ”Delivery waiver” must be signed for all As-Is, Market Halland glass deliveries
• The delivery charge includes up to 150 kg per order
• Cut off time to place orders is 3 PM every day. Storage of delivery items at IKEA after 2nd day will incura charge of Rp 40.000/trolley per day
• Prices listed are valid for up to third floor locations. Deliveries above third floor without access to lift will include an additional charge of Rp 40.000/item per floor
(Max. 5 floors)
• If required, As-Is Furniture deliveries will incur an additional disassembly fee (see Assembly services)
• Commercial/office deliveries may incur a services surcharge of Rp 75.000 per order.

We deliver to your doorstep
We deliver your IKEA online purchases to your doorstep. The delivery cost starts at IDR 59,000, depending on the weight of your IKEA products and where you want them delivered. The delivery time may vary according to your destination.

*Delivery Fee is based on the first 20kg weight. Extra charges apply for any additional weight.
• Your delivery and assembly charge will be calculated at the checkout.
• Delivery date are not mentioned online, this will be communicated to you when we call to confirm your order.
• Once we have confirmed your delivery date, our delivery team start to plan your order to be picked, double checking all your products are available and reserving these in our warehouse for you.
• Please ensure that someone is present at the designated delivery day and time.
• You will receive an email/telephone call once your order is processed or a notification will be received if in case of cancellation or change of delivery date.
• Upon confirmation, delivery to Zone A & B will be delivered within five (5) working days.
• Delivery time may be vary due to rain, traffic or any unforeseen circumstances
• METOD kitchen set, fragile products such as glassware, small mirrors, vases and live plants are not available for the service.
• Should you wish to place a larger bulk order please refer to our IKEA Business Dept at Contact us.
• Bed slats is not included when you order a bed and needs to be added separately.
• If you are not able to accept delivery, please make sure that there will be someone available to accept delivery on your behalf. This person must be an adult who is capable of receiving delivery and able to give the delivery team instructions if they are needed. The person accepting delivery will need to sign the delivery document to confirm delivery has taken place.
