Return policy

Not completely satisfied with your IKEA product? Don't worry. Simply return the unused product in its original package within 30 days for a full refund. We will refund you in the same way as the original payment. Remember to bring your receipt.

We want to make sure your returned product can be enjoyed by someone else. That's why there are some products we can’t refund:

• Custom-made products such as kitchen counter-tops, cut fabrics and cut blinds
• Bed textiles and unwrapped mattresses and mattress pads
• Products that have been assembled or damaged by you
• Food products and plants
• As-Is products

Mattress return policy

When it comes to mattresses, we offer something special. It's important to us that you love your new mattress. So, if after a while you discover that it is too firm or too soft, just bring back the mattress and try out a new one. There's no rush. You have 90 days to sleep on it!

Terms and conditions
• You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days of the date of delivery if you don’t love it, provided that it is not dirty, marked, damaged or abused. Simply take your mattress back to the IKEA store with your original receipt and we will help you find one that suits you better. You must also bring your delivery memo, warranty booklet and mattress packaging with you.
• Please note that initially your new mattress can seem a bit too firm. Allow at least one month for your body to get used to the mattress and for the mattress to get used to your body. To get the best comfort you also need the right pillow. Make sure you have a pillow that suits you and your new mattress.
• This policy is valid for:
Foam mattresses - MOSHULT, MALVIK, MALFORS
Spring mattresses - HAFSLO, HAMARVIK, HOVAG, HYLLESTAD, HESSENG

It does not include:
JÖMNA mattresses; sofa bed mattresses, children’s mattresses, mattress pads, mattress bases and slats. See full policy details at the IKEA store.
• If you would like to upgrade your mattress, all we ask is that you pay the difference between the original purchase price and the price of the replacement chosen. If the replacement mattress is lower in price, we are unable to credit you the difference.
• If you wish to use our Home delivery service for your new mattress, both a new delivery and collection fee will be charged.
• Only one exchange of mattress can be made under the Love it or Exchange it policy.
• This policy is not applicable to AS IS items.
