FAQs
Which items are available for online shopping?

Most furniture items and some home accessories can be ordered online. Food, mixed-color products, fragile items, textiles and display products are not available yet, but we are expanding the options.

How can I check the availability of products available online?

Generally, items with the option of “Add to shopping cart” are available for ordering online. (Availability is subjected to the automatically updated real-time stock shown in the system during payment)

What payment methods does IKEA accept for online shopping?

You can use MasterCard with MasterCard®SecureCode™ or Visa card with Verified by Visa to settle the online payment.

How can I know the delivery date and time after payment?

We will inform you of the delivery/pick-up date by email or SMS within 3 business days from the order date.

Can I amend my order after settling the payment?

We are sorry that the order cannot be amended after payment.

Does the “30-day return and exchange policy” apply to online orders?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products, together with the printed receipt, to any IKEA store or IKEA merchandise pick-up point within 30 days from the transaction date. If you require onsite retrieval service, HK$200 (Hong Kong)/HK$300(Macau) will be charged. Refund shall always be done through the same payment method as your purchase.
