Ordering


  1. Can I order by phone or fax?

    We only accept your order through our website. After you have submitted your order, we aim to call back in 1 business day. To learn more on how to shop online, see here.


  2. What should I do if I have not received any confirmation email / calls after I have submitted my order?

    After submitting your online order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. If you are unable to receive the email, please check to see if it falls into “Junk mail”. If you still cannot find the relevant email, kindly e-mail to enquiry@ikea.com.hk.


  3. What if I want to make amendments to my order after I have submitted it?

    It is okay to change your mind. Any amendments should make 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. For details see here. Please contact us through our toll free hotline in 0800-347.


  4. Are the prices at online store the same as that in-store?

    Prices are generally the same between stores, with promotional offers available exclusively for online or other designated stores.




Payment


  1. Can I pay my order in Macau Patacas (MOP)?

    The prices of IKEA product are listed in Hong Kong Dollars. We only accept payment in Hong Kong Dollars.


  2. Which payment methods do IKEA accept for online shopping?

    We accept payment by credit card (Master, Visa or American Express).


  3. Can I use any coupons or gift voucher to pay for my online order?

    No, we only accept payment by credit card (Master, Visa or American Express).


  4. Can I purchase any gift voucher online?

    Gift voucher can only be bought in-store.


  5. Is my personal information safe?

    No credit card details will be recorded in our website. Our team will call to confirm your order, before taking payment over the telephone. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Please see our privacy policy here




Delivery & Assembly


  1. Do I still qualify to enjoy your assembly service after I have collected my items at the Merchandise Pick-up?

    Customer can enjoy the assembly service only in conjunction with delivery service.


  2. What should I do if I want to reschedule my delivery?

    Please contact us for any rescheduling but such reschedule should be done at least five days before the original scheduled date. For details, see here




Merchandise Pick-up


  1. Can I view any displayed items at the Merchandise Pick-up?

    Displays can only be viewed at our stores in Hong Kong. For store location see here.


  2. Can I place my order at the Merchandise Pick-up?

    Order can only be placed through our stores in Hong Kong or our website.


  3. Does the Merchandise Pick-up have any parking space for customers?

    The Merchandise Pick-up is located in an industrial building, which has a designated area for short period loading and unloading. Please follow the instructions given by the property management staff when you enter the loading area.

  1. What happens if my item has quality defects or is damaged upon arrival?

    Please inspect your products thoroughly when receiving them at the Merchandise Pick-up or during home delivery. Please notify us immediately through our toll free customer service hotline 0800-347 or email at enquiry@ikea.com.hk if issue is identified.


  2. Does the 100-day mattress and mattress pad trial cover Macau?

    Yes, the trial also covers Macau, with relevant delivery charges applied. For details please see here
