Hong Kong:


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return both the original Sales Memo or print-out of Online sales order invoice and the unused item in its original package in order to effect an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of the Sales Memo or online sales order date.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for previously assembled items, IKEA gift vouchers, plants, PERSONLIG solid worktop, damaged glassware, earthenware, mirror, unwrapped mattresses, bedlinens, cut fabric, cut blinds, light bulbs, bargain items, discounted goods, food items or items damaged after acknowledgment of receipt.

Macau:


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return both the original Sales Memo or print-out of Online sales order invoice and the unused item in its original package to any stores in Hong Kong or to IKEA Merchandise Pick-up in Macau, within 30 days of the date of the Sales Memo or online sales order date for a refund. Please submit your return request to our toll free hotline at 0800-347 before bringing your item(s) to the Merchandise Pick-up.

If customer prefers to have their items collected by our delivery team, they will be charged according to our delivery price plan.

The exchange of products cannot be made at the IKEA Merchandise Pick-up in Macau.
