If you need assistance getting your purchases home, we can help arrange a door-to-door delivery service at reasonable rates.

Our delivery service is also available for Outlying Islands in Hong Kong and Macau. For Macau delivery please click here.

Home Delivery Service Terms & Conditions:


- We are not able to offer our Home Delivery Service to restricted areas.

- An additional $70 will be charged on items sent from our store for combined delivery with items sent from warehouse. The said purchase amount does not include kitchen appliances and any of the service charges.

- Our Home Delivery Service does not apply to breakables, plants & display items sold, and to addresses where goods cannot be delivered via stairs but have to go through the balcony on arrival, flats on the 9th floor or above in buildings without elevators or floating homes (boathouse or yacht).

- Should deliveries be made to a quayside or pier on Hong Kong Island or in Kowloon, the customer should be responsible for arranging sea transport and loading/unloading, and paying for any charges thus incurred. Additional purchases, new sales memos & amendments must be made three days before the scheduled delivery date.

- An administration fee of $150 will be charged for delivery order re-scheduling made on one day before the delivery date or due to no one being at home to receive the order. The re-scheduling delivery date should be at least three days after the re-scheduling request.

- All items will be arranged for delivery within a month from date of purchase. If you cannot arrange for your goods to be delivered to you within the said month, IKEA will contact you to arrange for a cancellation of the order or for a refund.

- The deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as rain with thunderstorm, when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted, a black rainstorm warning is in effect or when ships are suspended, serious flooding occurs or roads are blocked or closed due to weather factor. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged at no additional charge.

Outlying Islands Home Delivery Service Terms & Conditions:


- Outlying Islands refer to Lantau Island (areas accessible by the Tung Chung Road south of Shek Mun Kap Road on Lantau), Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau. Each island is designated with a specific delivery date.

- Our Home Delivery Service does not apply to breakables, plants & display items sold and to addresses where goods cannot be delivered via stairs but have to go through the balcony on arrival or delivery to floating homes (boathouse or yacht).

- Outlying Islands Delivery Service charge covers addresses only within a 50m parameter of the unloading point and of flats not higher than the 3rd floor without lifts. For addresses outside the prescribed scope, a surcharge is required as follows (on a per delivery address basis) :

(a) $150 for delivery address between 50m and 100m; (b) $200 for delivery address between 100m and 200m;

(b) $300 for delivery address for over 200m. For flats on the 4th floor or above, there will be additional delivery charge of $40 for each level up.

- All rescheduling of delivery, additional purchases, new sales memos and amendments must be made 3 days before the scheduled delivery date, otherwise, a double delivery charge will be incurred.

- Delivery failure due to no one answering the door upon the arrival of goods at the appointed time, or to circumstantial limitations such as the entrance being too small, will require a rescheduled delivery and therefore incur double delivery charges.

Delivery reschedule/delivery request:


If you would like to reschedule delivery or have any special requests, please send the following information to schedule@IKEA.com.hk. We will confirm your request via email or call in 4 business days.

1. Sales Memo: CO no. or INV no. (starts with 04, 05, 06 or 4, 5, 6) / CO no. (starts with 04, 05, 06) or INV no. (starts with 4, 5, 6)

2. Selected delivery date and time slot: 10:00-14:00; 14:00-18:00 or 18:00– 22:00

3. Contact name and telephone number.

Reschedule may take around 2 weeks from the request date shall there be any tight delivery schedule.

*Not applicable to Outlying Islands and Macau.
