Assembly Service
(Hong Kong and Macau)

We can arrange in-home assembly service at reasonable rates. Most IKEA products are flat-packed with instructions for you to assemble at home.
Some restrictions apply. See details as below:

We can arrange assembly service*, the charge is only 10% of the product price. * Please note that this assembly service is strictly limited to IKEA product parts assembly and not applicable to kitchen areas. The maximum charge for this service is $1,200, except Outlying Islands.

Assembly service is also available for Outlying Islands in Hong Kong and Macau.

Wall Mounting

If you wish, we can arrange assembly service and wall mounting service for you at a reasonable price.

Disposal of Old Furniture

With the purchase of selected products (including sofa, sofa-bed and mattress), customer can enjoy furniture disposal service* at $100/item. Please contact our staff for more details.

Terms and Conditions:

-Customer must use home delivery service in order to enjoy this service, which is only applicable to one pick-up and delivery under the same address on the same day at the same time.

-The type of furniture item to be disposed should be the same as that of the furniture item purchased.

-Disposal service has to be arranged at least 3 days before the delivery date, and the disposal charges has to be paid directly at the Store prior to the delivery. In the case that the original delivery time slot cannot accommodate disposal service, the customer will need to re-schedule the delivery, we regret that we cannot provide on the spot disposal service.

-This service does not apply to outlying islands and Macau.

-Disposal service is not applicable to address that is not accessible by staircase and has to be transport through balcony or window, address on 4/F or above and cannot be reached by elevator, boathouse or yacht.

-All to be disposed furniture has to be free-standing or dismantled to allow it to be removed through the main door and the elevator. IKEA does not provide any dismantle service or disposal service through window or balcony.

-IKEA accepts no liability for the furniture once they have been disposed.

-IKEA reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. The English version shall apply and prevail.

IKEA Business provides design services for offices and show flats for a small fee. From layout planning, ordering, delivery to installation, you can leave everything to our experienced staff.
