Home delivery service (Hong Kong and Macau)
If you need assistance getting your purchases home, we can help arrange a door-to-door delivery service at reasonable rates.
Our delivery service is also available for outlying islands in Hong Kong and Macau.
Delivery reschedule/delivery request:
Guidelines for delivery reschedule or delivery request, please send the following information to schedule@IKEA.com.hk, we will confirm your request via email or call in 3 business days.
1. Sales Memo: CO no. or INV no. (starts with 04, 05, 06 or 4, 5, 6) / CO no. (starts with 04, 05, 06) or INV no. (starts with 4, 5, 6)
2. Selected Delivery date and time slot: 10:00-14:00; 14:00-18:00 or 18:00– 22:00
3. Contact name and telephone number.
Reschedule will take more than 7 days upon the request date shall there be any tight delivery schedule.
Most IKEA products are flat-packed with instructions for you to assemble at home. If you prefer, we can arrange in-home assembly service at reasonable rates.

Kitchen planning & installation service
Our kitchen planners will provide professional advice as well as computerised printouts for you at a nominal charge. See details at the stores.
IKEA Business
IKEA Business provides design services for offices and show flats for a small fee only. From layout planning, ordering, delivery to installation, you can leave everything to our experienced staff.
In addition to design services, we also accept purchase orders for IKEA products from different organisations.
If your purchases total HK$2,000 and above, why not take advantage of our interest-free, 6-month or 12-month instalment plans?
Simply pay with the designated credit card, so you can 'use now, pay later'.
Sewing service
Choose your favourite from our wide range of fabrics and we can take care of the sewing for a small extra charge.
All you have to do is to make your choice from our different models and give us the required measurements.
