Delivery reschedule / Delivery request

If you would like to reschedule delivery or have any special requests, please send the following information to We will confirm your request via email or call within 2 business days.

• Sales Memo: CO no. or INV no. (starts with 04, 05, 06 or 4, 5, 6); for Online sales customer, 9-digit of order no. in the Online sales order invoice

• At least 2 preferred choices of delivery date and time slot

• Contact name and telephone number

If you would like to reschedule or cancel the delivery, please email 4 days (Hong Kong) and 8 days (Macau) in advance for our arrangement otherwise we will charge HK$200 (Hong Kong) and HK$350 (Macau) as administrative fee.
