Risk Management & Compliance Manager

  • To plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the organisation
  • To conduct Enterprise Risk Management/Assessment, coordinate and compile business unit risk for risks reporting and implement mitigation measures
  • To develop and monitor business continuity plans and Emergency Response Plan to limit risks and minimize business impact
  • To conduct and document audits of company’s policy and procedures, and ensure compliance to company’s code of conduct through liaison with internal and external auditors
  • To implement health and safety measures and to provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organisation
  • To coordinate with contract owners and internal legal counsel to ensure contracts/leases are signed on time and built with all relevant commercial terms
  • To liaise with insurance companies in insurance terms and policies review, claims arrangement, and work closely with financial reporting team in assessing provision of claims
  • To ensure compliance with product and food regulations through collaboration with government departments
  • To manage ad hoc projects as requested
  • Strong financial and commercial sense
  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 5 years’ audit or compliance related experience with 2 years in managerial capacity
  • Able to make judgement on business case independently
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working in dynamic business environment
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • To manage a wide range of furniture and home accessories products
  • To formulate business strategy and competitive pricing for responsible product categories

Requirements :
  • Degree holder in Marketing or Business Management
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Retail, preferably in product management

Senior Inventory Planning Officer

Customer Service Representative – Hotline (FT/PT/Contract)

  • Answer hotline enquiries regarding delivery, replacement order, stock, price and general CS issues
  • Handle the first-tier complaints to provide effective and efficient solution to customers
  • Conduct outbound call e.g. answers voice mail, email, replacement order and no. of stock case etc.
  • Opening hours of Call Centre: 10:30am to 09:30pm (Night/ Overnight shift is not required)
  • Shift working hours: 8 hours per day
  • Form 5 or above, with minimum 1 year's working experience in call centre or customer service field
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese; fair in Mandarin
  • Hands-on PC knowledge
  • Good telephone manner and customer-oriented
  • Helpful and passionate
