Linda joined IKEA in 1993. She is a sales leader, connecting and supporting sales people in IKEA USA and providing market feedback to IKEA of Sweden in Älmhult, Sweden. She previously ran a store department, worked in trading and, in Sweden, in IT development.

I never imagined working on an IT project, but I did it and it was very rewarding. I think that if you just embrace change, you can learn so much.
