returns policy

Return any unused items in their original packaging within 90 days, with your till receipt, for a full refund. Opened packages are subject to a 30% refund reduction. Our 90-day returns policy does not apply to mattresses (unless unused and in their original packaging), cut fabric, Bargain Corner purchases, or goods ordered to your specifications, e.g. custom-made worktops or sofas.

Mattresses: "Love it or Exchange it." You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days if you don’t love it, provided your merchandise is not found to be dirty, marked, damaged or abused. Simply take your mattress* with your receipt to the store and select your new mattress.

If you wish to have your mattress exchanged using the Home Delivery Service, a collection and new delivery charge is payable.

If you would like to upgrade your mattress, all we ask is that you pay the difference between your original purchase and your new choice. If your new choice is less in value, we will credit the difference to an IKEA refund card for you to but other great IKEA products. Refund cards cannot be exchanged for cash.'

The “Love it or exchange it” policy is valid on all new SULTAN mattress purchases from 11.02.08 until 31.08.08 and does not include SULTAN bed bases, SULTAN bed slats or SULTAN mattress pads.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

*SULTAN Mattress Pads, Bed Bases and Slats are NOT included.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, quilts, pillows, and mattress pads), cut fabric, products from the As-Is department, and custom countertops.

cancellation policy:

Items ordered in store to be delivered directly to you at a later date, can only be cancelled within 24 hours form the date the order was paid for. After this, a handling charge of £50 applies. Orders for custom-made worktops and made-to-order sofas, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled at any time.
