It's ok to change your mind

Store return policy
If you’ve changed your mind and are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item within 45 days for an exchange or refund. A receipt and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g., credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). Please note that we do not accept returns on used bedding (i.e., all bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillow-tops), any mattress or stuffed/ upholstered product without a law label, cut fabrics, made-tomeasure items (i.e., custom countertops), any product that has been modified/altered/washed, AS-IS products and IKEA gift cards. At any time, IKEA reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange. Government photo ID may be required. Please see your nearest IKEA store for complete details.
Online return policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 45 days of delivery date to arrange exchange or refund of your unused item(s). The item’s receipt and original packaging are required for all exchanges or refunds. Please keep this receipt as a proof of purchase for all product warranties.

You may return items to any IKEA store within Canada, in person, for an exchange or refund within 45 days of reception. Please be sure to have the original sales receipt and packaging at the time of your visit.

IKEA will not assume transport charges for any items returned, unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased online or by phone.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping fees still apply.

We do not accept returns on used bedding (linen, quilts, pillows and mattress pads), cut fabrics, “AS IS” products, goods ordered to your specifications (e.g. custom-made countertops), and gift cards. Please note that any product that has been modified or altered from its original state cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sleep on it... for 90 days
It is important to us that you love your new mattress. So, if after a while you discover that it is too firm, too soft, or too something else-just bring it back with your original receipt within 90 days and we will exchange it for one that suits you better. And there's no rush. You have 90 days to sleep on it! Please note that we are unable to exchange your mattress if the merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or abused.
