Store return policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item within 45 days an exchange or refund. Just make sure you have your sales receipt and the products original packaging with you. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on cut fabric, products from As-Is, and goods ordered to your specifications, (e.g. custom-made countertops). Please see your nearest IKEA store for complete details. Sleep on it for 90 days It is important to us that you love your new SULTAN mattress. So, if after a while you discover that it is too firm, too soft, or too something else-just bring it back with your original receipt within 90 days and we will exchange it for one that suits you better. And there's no rush. You have 90 days to sleep on it! Please note that we are unable to exchange your mattress if the merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.
