Orders are shipped from our supply warehouses by parcel or truck. We always select the most cost effective delivery service for our customers and the method that is appropriate for your order size. Our aim is to ensure that your order is delivered in premium condition. Certain restrictions may apply.

Same-day delivery: $59, Montreal and surrounding areas.
Next-day delivery: $75, Montreal and surrounding areas.
Service offered Monday to Sunday.
20 pieces per delivery. Add $2 for each additional piece.

Fees for Kitchen deliveries available in-store.

Rent a van for 90 minutes, only $19.95. 100 kilometres included.

Add 20¢ for each additional kilometre.
Add $15 for each additional 30 minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old with a valid-driver's license. A $250 deposit on a credit card is required. No reservations available: first-come, first served. Certain conditions apply.

IKEA Coquitlam

If you need assistance, we can help arrange door-to-door delivery of your furniture on the next available scheduled day. Prices start at $59 in the Lower Mainland, based on purchase amount. Home delivery is available for new furniture items only as we do not deliver “As-Is”, mirrors, or Market hall items. Please see the delivery map for Greater Vancouver pricing or check in-store for full details.

Out-of-town Delivery
IKEA Coquitlam also offers delivery to many areas outside of the Lower Mainland, including; Vancouver Island, Whistler and the Okanagan. Please check with the store for full details.

Same-Day Delivery (Limited)
IKEA Coquitlam currently offers Same-Day delivery (5 – 9 pm). This service is available to Coquitlam and New Westminster on a daily basis; delivery must be booked at the Home Delivery counter before 3:00pm. A limited number of same day delivery slots are available each day.

If you decide that you want your furniture items delivered but don't have the time to collect them yourself, IKEA offers a Shopping Service (for furniture items only) that can be added to your Home Delivery service for an additional $40. See below for details:

Here is how it works (visit store for details)

Look for the furniture items that you are interested in and write them down on a Shopping list.

Bring your completed list to a co-worker at one of the information towers in the Showroom area.

The co-worker will create an itemized order that you will use to complete your purchase at the check-outs

After you have made your purchase, a co-worker in Home Delivery will arrange a date and time that is suitable for you to have your purchases delivered.

Appliance Recycling
IKEA Coquitlam will pick-up and recycle your old appliance for an additional fee of $30 when your new equivalent ‘IKEA by Whirlpool’ appliance is delivered. See in-store for full details.

VAN RENTALS NOW AVAILABLE AT IKEA OTTAWA

Rates start at $19.95

Rental desk is open Monday - Saturday from 10am to 6:30 pm. Sunday from 10am - 3:30pm

Must have a "G" license and be at least 21 yrs of age OR have a "G2" license and be at least 25yrs of age

Valid driver's license and credit card in customer's name is required
