Payment

You can pay for your purchases in several ways:
  • IKEA credit card
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • IKEA Gift card (phone order only)

Delivery

Delivery across Canada only. Most products are available (some exceptions may apply). Unfortunately, not all items are available through phone/internet order.

Orders are delivered by Canada Post, Purolator or truck.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will incur all delivery charges and will not be reimbursed the shipping & handling charges.

Please note, that changing your delivery address on the website does not change your delivery address for any orders other than those placed on the Internet.

Cancelling orders

Satisfaction guarantee

At IKEA we strive to sell quality merchandise. All of our products carry a guarantee for material quality and workmanship. If, after proper assembly and care there is a defect with an item, please call our customer service department for repair or replacement. Be sure to have your original receipt.

Return policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532) within 45 days of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund of your unused item. Please make sure to keep your packing slip and return the item in its original packaging.

IKEA will not assume the transportation charges for any items returned by courier, Canada Post or otherwise unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased through IKEA Home Shopping.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on cut fabric, custom orders, used bedding or products that have been altered.

For your convenience, merchandise may also be returned to your local IKEA Store. If you change your mind after making a purchase, just bring the product back to your IKEA store unused within 45 days. All we ask is that you bring your original receipt and the original packaging.

Sleep on it for 90 days

If, for any reason, you are not happy with the comfort of your new IKEA mattress, just return it with your original receipt within 90 days and we will help you find one that suits you better. This does not apply to pillow tops (mattress pads) or box springs or any mattress returned which is found to be stained or damaged. Please note that shipping fees may apply.

Personal information

When you place an online order on the IKEA website, you must first consent to IKEA storing your personal information in the same way it would be done as when placing an order.
