How to e-shop - Step by step guide


	Shopping online at IKEA is now easier than ever. To start shopping, we will click on “Our products”, located at the top-left of your screen.

	You will now see our selection of product categories. In this example, we will choose “Sofas & armchairs”.

	Then we will choose the MYSINGE loveseat. Note: the shopping cart icon indicates if the product can be purchased online.

	On the MYSINGE loveseat page, we find everything we need to know about this product. Some products will also have colour or size options which you can select.

	To purchase a product online, edit the quantity you desire and click the orange “add to cart” button. If you do not see an orange button on a particular product page, it cannot be purchased online.

	Once you have finished selecting your products, click the shopping cart icon, located at the top of your screen.

	You will then be able to review the items in your shopping cart, and edit the quantities.

	Once you are satisfied with your selections, click on the orange “begin checkout” button.

	Step 1: billing & shipping If you are a Returning customer, enter your email/username and password in this section.

	Step 1: billing & shipping If you are a Business customer, enter your information using this section.

	Step 2: review your order Review your order. In this step, you can edit your billing and shipping addresses, as well as the product quantities in your order.

	Step 3: place your order Select your method of payment and enter the appropriate information in the fields provided.

	Step 4: thank you! In this last step of the online checkout, you will find your order receipt. Please print it for your records.

	Step 4: thank you! You may also choose to register an online profile on IKEA.ca. Not only are there many advantages, it’s also quick and simple to do!
