Love it or Exchange it


You may exchange your SULTAN mattress* once within 3 months of your original purchase if you don’t love it, provided it is in a hygienic condition. Simply take your mattress with your original receipt to Returns & Exchange at your local store. If you wish to have your mattress exchanged using the Home Delivery Service, both a collection and new delivery charge will be payable by you. If you would like to upgrade your mattress, you will need to pay the difference between your original purchase and your new choice. If your new choice is less in value, we will credit the difference to an IKEA Refund Card for you to buy other great IKEA products. Refund Cards are not redeemable for cash. *The Love it or Exchange it policy is valid on all new SULTAN mattress purchases except SULTAN children’s mattresses, SULTAN bed bases, SULTAN bed slats or SULTAN mattress pads. Only one exchange may be made under the Love it or Exchange it policy. The Love it or Exchange it policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Trades Practices Act.
