We need your receipt for a full refund.
If you don’t have your receipt we can at our discretion give you a refund card for the value indicated by our returns system.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on the following products if you change your mind:
• altered fabric
• unwrapped mattresses (refer to the Mattress Exchange Policy) pillows & quilts
• goods ordered to your specifications
• goods purchased from AS-IS (bargain corner)
• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
