Missing parts
If you are missing a part when assembling your IKEA furniture, make a note of the part number from the assembly instructions.
Please collect it from our Returns department in store, or for small parts you can request the part on-line from “Anna” our interactive assistant or telephoning your local IKEA store who may be able to post it to you.
To help us to help you, please have your receipt and the assembly instructions available.
Oh, and check the packaging. Sometimes the parts are simply sealed in the wrapping material and not missing after all.
