returns policy

It's OK to change your mind!
If you change your mind, return your
purchase unused, with its original packaging
within 90 days of purchase.

For a full refund we need a receipt, but if you
don’t have it, we can at our discretion, give
you a Refund Card for the value indicated by
our returns system.

Sorry we can’t accept returns on cut fabrics,
unwrapped mattresses, pillows & quilts,
kitchen appliances, goods ordered to your
specifications (custom made bench tops) or
products purchased from the AS-IS (Bargain
Corner), if you change your mind.

Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty (other than any fault that was clearly communicated to you, or which ought to have been revealed by an examination of the product, at the time of purchase), wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Competition and Consumer act 2010

While you shop at IKEA, we have strollers and baby care rooms in every store.
The restaurant provides some great deals on children’s meals as well as baby food and food warming facilities.
There are lots of fun activity areas throughout the store where the kids can play, which is handy when you’re looking and trying out different products.
Children just love our playroom which is located near the entrance of the store. For Health and Safety reasons there are restrictions and conditions of entry to the room which cover age and numbers.
