If you need help in measuring and planning for your new kitchen, IKEA have qualified Kitchen Planners who will visit your home to measure up and prepare a kitchen plan and design to best suit your needs for only $99.00.

When you use the IKEA Home Measuring and Planning Service and purchase your kitchen from IKEA, we will refund the amount of your Home Measuring and Planning fee of $99.00.

This offer is only available at the IKEA Adelaide store for metropolitan customers.

Terms & Conditions:
The IKEA Adelaide store, through its nominated Home Kitchen Planners, will provide a Kitchen Measuring and Planning Service in the comfort of your home.

To book a Home Measuring and Planning Service please contact the IKEA Adelaide store on 08 8154 4462.

If you decide to purchase your new kitchen from IKEA, we will refund the Home Measuring and Planning Service fee of $99.00.

The offer is only available for metropolitan customers.

To claim your refund, present your Kitchen and Home Measuring and Planning Service receipt, together with the receipt for your kitchen purchase, to the Exchanges and Returns counter and our staff will refund the Home Measuring and Planning Service fee of $99.00.

If you purchase your Home Measuring and Planning Service and kitchen from our Online Shopping Department, the refund is to be obtained via this department. Please ensure you have your receipts when claiming your refund.

There is no refund available on the Home Measurement and Planning Service standard fee if you decide not to purchase your kitchen from the IKEA Adelaide store.

If a customer wishes to return the kitchen for which they received a refund on their Home Measuring and Planning Service, the claimant may return the kitchen in accordance with the IKEA store’s standard refund terms and conditions and receive a refund for the amount of the returned product(s) less the Home Measuring and Planning Service fee of $99.00.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under our guarantee are in addition to other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
