IKEA South West customers can Shop Online and have their order picked and delivered for free.
How to order
IKEA South West customers can place an order via the IKEA Perth Shop Online website or by phone on 1300 453 234 during Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 8am – 4pm and Sunday 9am – 4pm (offer period). Orders placed and paid via the IKEA Shop Online service during the offer period will qualify for a free picking and delivery service to the nominated Service Provider Depots in Bunbury or Busselton. Customers must specify their preferred pick up depot and contact phone number. On payment of their order, customers will receive, via email, a copy of their receipt and pick up instructions.
Only IKEA products that have been ordered and purchased through the IKEA Perth Shop Online service during the offer period are eligible for the free picking and delivery offer to the Bunbury or Busselton depots. This offer is for domestic orders only.
Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that products featured in the IKEA Catalogue or on the IKEA website are in stock at the time of order. However, if an ordered item is not in stock, a co-worker from Shop Online will notify you and will advise you of your options.
IKEA is not able to reserve products.
IKEA reserves the right to vary product specifications and design or use alternative materials as deemed necessary at any time. (Changes or variations to products will not affect the quality, performance or appearance of the product).
Delivery from the IKEA Perth store
IKEA will organise, through its designated Service Provider(s), products to be delivered to an IKEA preferred depot.
Products will arrive at the depot two to three days after full payment has been received by IKEA.
Maximum storage period
Orders will be held at the nominated depot for a maximum of three days only (collection period). IKEA cannot provide a storage service for purchased products beyond the specified collection period. Products not collected within the three day collection period will be returned to the IKEA Perth store. Customers will be notified by a Shop Online co-worker that their products have been returned. Purchased products that have been returned to the IKEA Perth store will be refunded.
Customers will be notified by phone when the products have arrived at the nominated depot ready for collection.
Prior to taking delivery of the products from the nominated depot, customers must provide proof of purchase and confirm the products are as per the order.

Other transport fees
If a customer wants products delivered to destinations other than the above nominated depots, standard picking and delivery fees from the IKEA Perth store at Innaloo will apply.
Returns and cancellations
Please contact the Shop Online team on 1300 453 234 for any problems associated with a product purchased from the IKEA Shop Online service. It's OK to change your mind and return products, provided it is in accordance with the IKEA Returns Policy.
Please note that if you change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products to the nominated depot from where you picked up the products. A refund will be issued once the returned products have been received in full by the IKEA Perth store together with the corresponding proof of purchase. The form of refund will match the method of payment.
Refunds will be made within two days of the full return of the products and receipt of the proof of purchase by the IKEA Perth store.
Any discrepancy with the return will be resolved by a Shop Online co-worker.
If you wish to cancel an online order, please contact Shop Online as soon as possible via phone on 1300 453 234 or email. You will receive a full refund (including, if applicable, delivery fees) as long as the products have not been despatched from our premises.
In a situation where the order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact Shop Online on 1300 453 234. Customers will be required to provide their order confirmation number and delivery details.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Cebas Pty Ltd may at any time modify, discontinue or cancel the offer without notice to you.
