You may exchange your mattress*, mattress pad, MYSA quilts or GOSA pillows once within 90 days of your original purchase if you don’t love it, provided it is in a hygienic condition.
Simply take your purchase with your original receipt to Returns & Exchange at your local store. If you wish to have your mattress exchanged using the Home Delivery Service, both a collection and new delivery charge will be payable by you.
If you would like to upgrade your mattress, mattress pad, quilt or pillow you will need to pay the difference between your original purchase price and your new choice. If your new choice is less in value, we will credit the difference to an IKEA Gift Card for you to buy other great IKEA products. The Gift Card will be issued after the return of your purchase. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
*The Love it or Exchange it policy excludes bed bases, bed slats, JOMNA mattresses, IKEA PS 2012 mattress & pillows, and pillow and mattress protectors.
Only one exchange may be made under the Love it or Exchange it policy.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure."
The Love it or Exchange it policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
