On most orders you will be able to pay online using a credit card (MasterCard or VISA, sorry we do not accept AMEX or Diners).
If we are not able to calculate your service and delivery charges online, your order will still be processed, however we will call you within one business day to advise service and delivery charges and process payment over the phone.
Unfortunately you are not able to pay online using an IKEA Gift Card. If you wish to use a Gift Card, please phone us with your order.
You can choose to pay for your purchases using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please contact us for details.
Your receipt will be emailed to you. Please keep this as a proof of your purchase.
Delivery costs are calculated from your nearest store - either IKEA Adelaide or IKEA Perth.
The amount of postage or the delivery fee will depend entirely on what products you order and where the goods are being delivered.
If your order is less than 1 metre in length and under 20kg in weight, we will deliver by e-parcel. In case you are not able to receive the goods, your goods will be available at your Post Office for pick up.
If your order doesn't qualify for postal delivery, it will be delivered by courier. The driver will contact you prior to delivery to ensure you will be at the nominated address at the time of delivery. Therefore it is important the driver can contact you on the number you have provided. The person receiving the goods needs to be an adult and able to sign for them.
If you have an account with a courier company and would like to use them, we can deliver to your company's depot.

Returns & Cancellations
It's OK to change your mind and return any goods providing it is in accordance with our Return Policy.
Please note however, if you change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If you wish to cancel an online order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone 1300 453 352 or email. You will receive a full refund (including delivery fees) as long as the goods have not been despatched from our premises.
