In order for our customers to fully enjoy shopping at IKEA, we offer free baby-sitting service. We would like to help mothers and fathers to have relaxing shopping time at IKEA. Meanwhile, we would also like your children to have a good time.
Before you leave your children with us, we would like you to check the list below so that we can provide the safest care for your children. Please go over the list and check if your children meet the followings:
■ Are your children;
- between 4 and 10 year old?
- toilet trained?
*We are sorry, but we are not able to accept children with diapers and training pants.
*For your safety, we might ask official identification for your child’s age.
■ Time for free baby-sitting
60 minutes maximum.
*We may shorten the time limit depending on how crowded it is.
■ How to register your children for Småland
1. Press the button of the ticketing machine and take a number slip.
2. Fill out an application.
3. Wait at the Småland area. We will call your number.
*We do not page in the entire store.
*For no shows, your applications will be cancelled.
