Return Policy
If you change your mind after making a purchase, just bring the unused product, along with the original receipt and the packaging, back to your IKEA store within 90 days.
Our 90-day returns policy does not apply to cut fabric, plants, food, drinks, Bargain Corner purchases, or goods ordered to your specifications, e.g. custom-made worktops or sofas.

What is Småland?
In order for customers to fully enjoy shopping at IKEA, we offer free baby-sitting. We would like to help mothers and fathers to have relaxing shopping time at IKEA. Meanwhile, we would also like your children to have a good time.
Before leaving your children at Småland
Before you leave your children with us, we would like you to check out the list below so that we can provide the safest care for your children. Please go over the list and check if your children meet the following:

Time for free baby-sitting: 90 minutes maximum (We may shorten the time limit depending on how crowded it is.)

In order to avoid overcrowding, and long waiting hours, we plan to set the reshuffle the times for baby-sitting. We provide schedule slips which tell you the time of reception at Småland area, so please come to the reception counter with your application filled out when the time comes.
* Please inquire about the reception hours at the store on the day of your visit.
Time for baby-sitting: 60 minutes per child.
* Please check at the Småland entrance for further information about how to proceed.

We kindly ask our customers with small dogs and/or cats to cooperate as below:
- In the store, please enjoy your shopping having your dear pets in the bag or carrying cage.
(Please refrain from walking on the leash and/or holding in your arms.)
- In case you do not have a bag nor cage, we provide you with our blue bags for pets at the main entrance. Please ask our entrance staff.
- We ask you to refrain from bringing in your pets to the following areas:
Restaurant at 2F, Bistro and Sweden Food Market at 1F, First aid room at 1F, baby care room on each floor.
- Please refrain from tying the leash with your pets on our premises.
