Designer thoughts
"When I designed the GYNNSAM series I started by thinking of the demands a professional chef has on a knife - and then adapted it to the needs at home. Here you should be able to use your knives intensely for a long period. And they should be made with good ergonomics and safety in mind. I also adapted the number of knives in the series to what is really necessary. The design is inspired by classic, sturdy kitchen knives with traditional details like visible rivets in the handle."
