Wake up in your own green oasis

18 February 2016
Ever dreamed of waking up with the sun, surrounded by green plants? Pretty typical if you live in a forest maybe, but for most of us in the city, we’re stuck with our alarm clocks. But who says it has to stay that way? Here’s a couple of ways to invite the nature in and bring a green oasis feeling to the urban jungle.

Our tip

Plants on the windowsill are an easy start (see more about styling windowsills here) but for the full green effect you could hang plants at different heights. We like to use odd numbers (like 3,5,7) for a rounded display.

Pull your bed up to the window and test for the perfect sunshine position (this should involve napping), then start greenifying.
