Hack this: KRUSNING lampshade

01 May 2016
It’s stylish, it’s quirky, it takes two minutes to do. Come see how to
re-imagine the cloud-like ruffles of the KRUSNING lampshade into a floor lamp in this hack inspired by IKEA co-worker Sofie Ahlberg.

Sofie’s idea started with finding a flea market floor lamp with a lampshade that had seen better days. Looking for a replacement, a large KRUSNING pendant lampshade caught her eye. All it takes to do the hack is to flip the lampshade upside down and fit to the top of a lamp stand. What do you think? Seems like a natural fit. Thanks for the inspiration Sofie!
