Giving an attic space a creative makeover

01 June 2016

We turned Vloggers Stefan & Hannah Michalak’s unused attic space that didn’t know what it wanted to be, into a creative hub that stimulates and excites.

What if an unused attic could become a cosy his and hers work station, with a chill space for two, along with room to help keep you inspired?

  • Your creative tools should always be within easy reach. Glass fronted  NORNÄS cabinets mean you can find the things you need quickly and still display them for all to see.

  • Hannah keeps work displayed in painted BEKVÄM spice racks and LACK shelves. It means that everything is to hand ready to be dispatched, whenever an order comes through.

  • Don’t let convention get in the way! Every surface has the potential to become a source of inspiration. Converting a surface into a blackboard is easy; all you need is a little paint.

Sometimes you are at your most creative when you are able to fully switch off. Having a place to lounge while still never being too far away from your work space is a proven winner!
