We deliver to your doorstep
We deliver your IKEA online purchases to your doorstep. Shipping costs will be calculated systematically depending on the weight of IKEA purchased product and delivery destination. The delivery time may vary according to your destination.

• Your delivery and assembly charge will be calculated at the checkout.
• Delivery date are not mentioned online, this will be communicated to you when we call to confirm your order.
• Once we have confirmed your delivery date, our delivery team start to plan your order to be picked, double checking all your products are available and reserving these in our warehouse for you.
• Please ensure that someone is present at the designated delivery day and time.
• You will receive an email/telephone call once your order is processed or a notification will be received if in case of cancellation or change of delivery date.
• Delivery time may be vary due to rain, traffic or any unforeseen circumstances
• METOD kitchen set, fragile products such as glassware, small mirrors, vases and live plants are not available for the service.
• Should you wish to place a larger bulk order please refer to our IKEA Business Dept at Contact us.
• Bed slats is not included when you order a bed and needs to be added separately.
• If you are not able to accept delivery, please make sure that there will be someone available to accept delivery on your behalf. This person must be an adult who is capable of receiving delivery and able to give the delivery team instructions if they are needed. The person accepting delivery will need to sign the delivery document to confirm delivery has taken place.
