While we stock everything in our SELF SERVE warehouse for you to collect yourself, you can have your shopping delivered door to door by taking it to the HOME DELIVERY desk situated outside customer services near the exit of the store. This is a Same Day/Next Day service.

No matter how big or small the goods are, you can have them speedily delivered. Charges depend on your postcode area and the value of your goods.

Product Return
Its OK to change your mind
Listening to you is at the heart of our customer service. That's why we have updated our returns policy. Return unused items in their original packaging within 90 days, together with your till receipt for a full refund. Our 90-day returns policy does not apply to cut fabric or goods ordered to your specifications, e.g. custom-made worktops or made-to-order sofas. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

IKEA products are designed to be assembled by the customer, however if you prefer we will recommend an independent service provider offering a home assembly service in your area: The Flat pack! Prices for the Assembly Service Prices will be calculated on a fee of 20% of the value of the goods to be assembled, plus the additional mileage charge.
