As a small business you can get personal service at the IKEA BUSINESS Point within the Work Spaces department in our Showroom. IKEA BUSINESS co-workers are available 9:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Place your order at the IKEA BUSINESS Point, then leave the rest to us. We know time is money to you, so we want to make the process as quick as possible.

Remote orders
To make it even easier, you can even email your order direct to the IKEA BUSINESS Point and pay over the phone. We offer a same day / next delivery service (subject to availability).

How to shop as an IKEA BUSINESS customer

As a registered IKEA BUSINESS customer, you can shop:
  1. In-store as a non IKEA BUSINESS customer would (more information). Just remember to swipe your IKEA BUSINESS card at the checkout.
  2. In-store at the IKEA BUSINESS Point where you have personal face-to-face service. Here you can place your order and organise any additional services you may need, read below about the services we can provide.
