Professional advice
Here in IKEA Edinburgh we have a wide range of professionals who can help plan your space. We have an interior design service, external and in-store kitchen planners, in-store wardrobe designers and specialists on every department to help you with any advice you may need.

Remote orders
To make it easier, you can email your order direct to the IKEA Direct/Business office and pay over the phone.

Save time!
Place and pay for your order at our IKEA Direct/Business suite in store or via email, then leave the rest to us. We know time is money so we want to make the process as quick as possible.

HOW TO SHOP
Business customers
If you would like to place an order without having to come in to store, we can do it all for you. Simply email
business.edinburgh@IKEA.com with:

• Your full name/company name
• Shopping list
• Full delivery address
• Preferred contact number

We will then create an accurate quotation for you including a £10 picking and administration fee and delivery charges. (Delivery charges vary depending on postcode.) We send this via email and once you have replied confirming, we call you to take payment* and book a suitable delivery/assembly date.

Please note, you must be the cardholder to pay even if it is a company card.

*We accept all credit/debit cards except American Express over the telephone.

Shop with a business account
There are three main ways you can shop using your business account; Emailing IKEA Direct who can take care of everything for you, shopping in store or by using shop online through our website.

1. Shop via email
If you would like to place an order without having to come in to store, we can do it all for you. Simply email business.edinburgh@IKEA.com with:

• Your full name/company name
• Business account number
• Purchase order (purchase order account holders only)
• Shopping list
• Full delivery address
• Preferred contact number

We will create an accurate quotation for you including a £10 picking and administration fee and delivery charges. (Delivery charges vary depending on postcode.) We send this via email and once you have replied confirming, we will process your order using your account details and then contact you to arrange a suitable delivery/assembly date.

2. Shop in store

Card account

Simply choose your goods and proceed to the checkouts with your Business account swipe card. The signature on your card will be checked against the receipt. You must be the card holder.

Purchase Order Account
Simply choose your goods and proceed to checkouts with your card, purchase order document (this will be retained by the cashier) and a photo ID. The signature on your photo ID will be checked against the receipt.

3. Shop online at IKEA.co.uk
The first time you place an order with IKEA Shop online you will need to register your details. Place your goods in the shopping trolley and proceed to the payment step in the checkout as directed. Choose IKEA Business Card as your payment method; enter the 10 digit account number (starting with 15xxxxxxxx). There is also a section for you to enter your organisation's purchase order number.
