CREATE A SHOPPING LIST
When looking at products on-line, select the option of creating a shopping list. Once happy with your list, email it to us at direct.edinburgh@memo.IKEA.com.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
You will receive confirmation of your order, at this point we will contact you for payment. Your products will then be delivered to you and, if required, an Assembly Service is available.

When shopping from home we will pick your goods and deliver them!
The picking Service is exclusive to those using Home Delivery. The charge is 5% of the value of the goods being picked. A minimum charge of £20 applies.
If arranged in-store there is a £20 fee for orders up to £4000. (For orders above £4000, contact a member of the IKEA DIRECT department.) These prices are in addition to the delivery rate.

There is a minimum £50 fee dependent on postcode plus 15% of the value of the products being assembled. You can use this service with or without Home Delivery.
