How to shop
...at IKEA Wales
If you see a RED TAG:
• Pick up a shopping list & pencil
• Write down product details
• Write down the aisle & location from the red tag. eg:4-13 and the product code
• Go to Self-Serve area & pick up your product, checking that the product code on the box matches the one you wrote down
If you see a YELLOW TAG:
• Pick up a shopping list & pencil
• Write down product details
• Contact staff in the department for further assistance
• Pay at checkouts & pick up your product from the Full-Serve desk

Saturdays 9am - 11am

Just ask a Co-worker in our Showroom or Self-Serve Warehouse to put together a shopping list for you. Take the shopping list to the Pick & Deliver Desk at the Returns Department behind the Checkouts.
We will confirm your order, check stock availability then arrange for your goods to be picked and delivered to your home for you.
