    At IKEA Bristol we offer you great savings on our home furnishings and now for a limited period on your time! Introducing an exclusive picking service for IKEA Bristol customer's only.

    3 Easy Steps

    1) First create your order by selecting the 'My Shopping List', found in the top right hand side of the IKEA Bristol website.

    2) Once you have saved your 'My Shopping List' you will need to leave your name, email and telephone number in the Message Box

    3) Next email your completed 'Shopping List' to bristol.picking@memo.ikea.com

    Confirm and Pay
    You will receive confirmation of your order via email, once checked and confirmed, payment* for the picking service will be taken. *minimum charge of £15 applies, orders exceeding £500 will be charged at 3% of the total value of your picking order.

    Collection
    We will arrange with you a convenient date for you to collect your order from the IKEA Bristol store. Payment for goods will be taken at the point of collection.

    Delivery
    We can arrange for your goods to be delivered direct to you via the IKEA Bristol Home Delivery service. Payment for your order and services used will be taken over the telephone.

    At IKEA Bristol we understand that shopping with the little ones can be challenging which is why we offer Småland, a creche and it's absolutely FREE!

    With a Ball pit, climbing ropes, games, toys, art, craft and DVD's there is so much to keep your children entertained.

    The creche runs 45 minute sessions and operates a pager system where we remind you when its pick up time!

    If you have never shopped in IKEA Bristol before we have provided you with a map of the store to help you navigate around.

    The beginning of the store is the Showroom where you can see over 40 inspirational roomsets. You will find Furniture Specialist coworkers who will be able to give you advice and book planning sessions for you.
    The Markethall is different speciality shops, here you will find such things as blinds, rug, lighting and picture frames. If it's not furniture it will be in Markethall. The Self Serve area is on the way to the checkouts, here you can pick up your 'flatpack' furniture.

    If you see a Red Tag: - Pick up a shopping list and pencil - Write down the product details - Write down the aisle and location e.g 12 - 1 - Go to self serve and pick up your product. - Go to the checkouts to pay

    If you see a Yellow Tag: - Pick up a shopping list and pencil - Write down the product details - Contact a coworker for further assistance
