As a small business you can get personal service at the IKEA BUSINESS Point within WORKSPACE IKEA. Our co-workers are there to help you from 9:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday. You can even email the Business Point directly if you wish.

Save time
Place and pay for your order at the IKEA BUSINESS Point, then leave the rest to us. We know time is money to you, so we want to make the process as quick as possible.

Remote orders
To make it even easier, you can even email your order direct to the IKEA BUSINESS Point and pay over the phone.

Keep yourself updated
When signing up to join IKEA BUSINESS, make sure to give us your email address. We’ll keep you up to date with all the latest in store business events and offers.

How to join

Sign up for FREE in store with our IKEA BUSINESS co-workers at the IKEA BUSINESS Point, or online. We’ll then send you your personalized IKEA BUSINESS card and welcome pack.

How to shop

As a registered IKEA BUSINESS London customer, you can shop:
  1. In store as a non IKEA BUSINESS customer would (more info). Just remember to swipe your IKEA BUSINESS card at the checkout.

  2. In store at the Business Point where you have personal face to face service. Place your order and payment there and then. You can also organise any additional services you may need, read below about the services we can provide.

  3. Email the Business Point directly:

Our services for you

You can do it all yourself. But you don’t have to. We're here to help you with everything you need to furnish your business premises, from choosing your new furniture to taking it to where you want it, and assembling it on site.

You can do it yourself online or we can assist you in store at the IKEA BUSINESS Point. 		Picking and Delivery Service
We can arrange both from as little as £35 and as an IKEA BUSINESS member you get £5 off.		 Assembly and installation
