There are two ways to shop with IKEA BUSINESS using your account. In your local IKEA store or with the IKEA BUSINESS central team
Card account – Simply choose your goods and proceed to the checkouts with your swipe card. The signature on your card will be checked against the receipt. You must be the named card holder. Other persons within your organisation can only purchase products if they have a card and that they are present at the time of the transaction with their card.
Purchase Order Account – Simply choose you goods and proceed to the checkouts with your card, purchase order document (this will be retained by the cashier) and a photo ID. The signature on your photo ID will be checked against the receipt.

Most of our products are flat packed and designed in such a way that they can easily fit in your car. However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered, you can choose among our range of delivery options when shopping at IKEA.com or shopping at your local IKEA store.

If you’re placing an order online, we offer the following delivery options:
Parcel delivery – from £3.95*
Parcel deliveries up to 10kg: £3.95
Parcel deliveries between 10-25kg: £7.50.
*All packages over 150cm in length and any items we deem unsuitable for parcel delivery (for example, some items containing glass, mirror or ceramics) will automatically be sent by truck so we can take better care of them.
Truck delivery – £35 Truck two man deliveries are made for larger items over the 25kg parcel rule and any product that we deem unsuitable for parcel delivery.
