Jamie’s Indonesian style fried rice
My recipe's a spin off an Indonesian dish which people typically make for breakfast using rice and leftovers from the night before. We normally make it for dinner at home, and it works great if you add leftover roast veg or meat too. You can add chilli or sprouts as you like and it’s really good with a fried egg on top!
