Designer thoughts
"There are many similarities between Scandinavian and Japanese design, such as beautiful shapes, harmony, simplicity and functionality. These are the elements I focused on with the DINERA DEKAL series. I was also inspired by traditional Japanese patterns and used one around the bowls and dish. The pattern is glossy on the matt surface, which gives a subtle accent that shifts with the light. The series is also very versatile - and I hope you will enjoy not only Asian food, but food from all over the world with it."
