How do I know if I have a FAKTUM kitchen?
If you’re not sure what type of IKEA kitchen you have you can tell by looking at the holes inside a cabinet: FAKTUM cabinets have a single row of holes along the edge and METOD cabinets have a double row. See the images below.
Need a part for your FAKTUM kitchen?
You can still order parts for your FAKTUM kitchen. Use the product lists to the right to find the article number of the product you want. If you need support with ordering your FAKTUM parts please visit your local store who can finalise and place your order. (Please note FAKTUM will not be available 'Take Home Today' in stores nor will FAKTUM be available to buy online from 3rd Feb 2014).
How do I make a FAKTUM guarantee claim?
All FAKTUM kitchens are sold with a guarantee. If you’d like to make a guarantee claim please have your receipt ready when you contact IKEA. If you know the article number of the product you want to make a claim on it will help us make the process even smoother.
