5. How do I check stock availability?
Every effort is made to ensured accuracy of the inventory inquiry, to check the inventory . Most of our products are available on the website. If not, please contact our contact centre. However, we don’t have reservation service for our products.
6. Why are items sometimes out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of the items shown in the catalogue, but due to the popularity and the supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, IKEA can estimate when a product should be back in stock. However, as our products are made worldwide, the estimated delivery time might be delayed sometimes.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
In store you can pay with cash, check and the major credit and debit cards including: VISA, Master, Union Pay, etc. However, we only accept check for transfer from the same city.

9. Do you deliver?
Most of our products are flat packed and designed in such a way that they are easy for you to take home yourself. However, we also have home delivery service. The service will be provided by an IKEA cooperative third-party provider with a reasonable charge. 10. What if I want to have the products assembled?
To be cost-consciousness, most IKEA products have instructions and necessary tools, and are generally easy to be assembled on your own. If you prefer, we also provide paid assembly service with a reasonable charge. You can register for the service at our store delivery & assembly table with your shopping receipt.
11. Can someone help me plan and design rooms?
We supply online design software for kitchen, bedroom, living room and working space on the IKEA website. Furthermore, we provide paid measurement and assembly service for the kitchen. You can also find a lot of useful information of design in the store show room, catalogue and our website.
Return and Product Issues
1.Can I return items?
As long as the items are undamaged, unassembled and unused, you can return them in their original package within 60days (IKEA FAMILY member within 180days) together with your original receipt/invoice (bank card POS receipt is needed if you have paid this way), we will refund you the same way as you have paid. Sorry, we cannot accept exchange or return of food, plants, liquid bathing products, AS-IS products, customized products, kitchen electrical appliance and all products that have already been cut, sewed or painted. The exchange and return policy above applies only to the products purchased from IKEA stores in mainland China.
2. What can I do with the faulty item?
If you notice a problem with your IKEA product within the guarantee period, please return this item or the faulty part to the Exchange & Return of the local IKEA store, IKEA will supply after sales service for free. Please include proof of the original purchase from IKEA (receipt or invoice).
3. Missing Assembly Guide
If the assembly guide is missing, you can also find copies on our website by inputting the article number in the search bar. 4. I’m missing part of a product I’ve just purchased.
