Each store has its own local page, and information like opening time, address and activities of each store etc. will be available on it. Please choose your store .
2. How do I check stock availability?
Every effort is made to ensured accuracy of the inventory inquiry, to check the inventory . Most of our products are available on the website. If not, please contact our contact centre. However, we don’t have reservation service for our products.
3. Why are items sometimes out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of the items shown in the catalogue, but due to the popularity and the supply issues, some products may not always be available. Generally, IKEA can estimate when a product should be back in stock. However, as our products are made worldwide, the estimated delivery time might be delayed sometimes. You can leave your mobile phone number or mail box on web, we will send you the replenishment information of products via SMS or mail.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
In store you can pay with cash, check and the major credit and debit cards including: VISA, Master, Union Pay, etc. However, we only accept check for transfer from the same city.
5. Do you deliver?
Most of our products are flat packed and designed in such a way that they are easy for you to take home yourself. However, we also have home delivery service. The service will be provided by an IKEA cooperative third-party provider with a reasonable charge. To inquire about delivery time and cost, please contact the local store delivery service or our contact centre.
6. What if I want to have the products assembled?
To be cost-consciousness, most IKEA products have instructions and necessary tools, and are generally easy to be assembled on your own. If you prefer, we also provide paid assembly service with a reasonable charge. You can register for the service at our store delivery & assembly table with your shopping receipt.

Unfortunately in China it is not available to take payments over the phone or online. We welcome you to our store, there you’ll experience the difference and have a pleasant shopping tour. Furthermore, now we have online shopping pilot in some other countries, and we plan to have it launched in more countries in the future.
11. Are your stores family friendly?
Each store supplies SMALAND, play areas and high chairs for children; also there’s organic baby food, baby food warming station and baby changing table for babies. Bring the family we have something for everyone!
Return and Product Issues
1.Can I return items?
Within 60 days (IKEA FAMILY member within 180 days), you can bring the products in good condition, together with the original package and original receipt/invoice (bank card POS receipt is needed if you have paid in this way) to store, we will refund you the same way as you have paid. Sorry, we cannot accept exchange or return of food, plants, AS-IS products, customized products, household electric equipments and all products that have already been cut, sewed or painted.
2. What can I do with the faulty item?
If you notice a problem with your IKEA product within the guarantee period, please return this item or the faulty part to the Exchange & Return of the local IKEA store, IKEA will supply after sales service for free. 3. Missing Assembly Guide

IKEA FAMILY member please login your account to check and update your personal information. Your account name will be your card number or the registered email address.
