"My idea with MAJBY armchair was to make a really nice sturdy chair that's comfortable to sit in for long periods. That's why it has a padded seat cushion, high back, comfortable armrests - and plenty of seat room. I used a natural fiber material in both the frame and the seat to give the chair a rustic feel. Because the design is simple, MAJBY fits in well in many homes. It also gets a distinct character from the careful details like the extra holes in the armrests and fine stitching."
