Express Checkouts
The new express check-outs are now active and online at IKEA Richmond. Express check-outs will increase the speed of service and reduce waiting times.
You can simply scan the products you wish to purchase at the express checkout and handle the payment yourself by swiping either a bank, credit, gift or refund card. Don't forget to purchase or bring an enviro-friendly brown or blue IKEA take home bag to take your products home!

You can find the IKEA gift cards just before the CHECK-OUTS. Bring the gift card to one of the CHECK-OUTS to activate it. Please note that gift cards purchased in Australia may only be used within any of our stores along the eastern seaboard.

TRANSPORT
Travelling to and from IKEA
If you are wanting to travel to IKEA Richmond by public transport, the best tram routes that service the area are the 109, 24 and the 42. Or, why not take bus number 684. To catch the train, passengers on the Epping and Hurtsbridge lines should catch the train to North Richmond station, then catch the 109 tram to IKEA. Passengers on all other lines should get off at Parliament station and from McArthur Street exit you can catch the 109 tram.
If getting home on public transport is a little daunting with all your IKEA purchases you can phone a taxi from the free Silvertop Taxi courtesy phone in the store exit. There is also bicycle parking at each entry point into the Victoria Gardens shopping centre.
If you bring the car, there are over 2,000 spaces over 6 levels, and if you spend over $5 at IKEA, your first four hours of parking is FREE! We also have a loading bay at the exit of the store, where a trolley minder will look after your shopping while you go and collect your car.
