At our family-friendly store, children can test everything, not just the toys! There's also a free supervised playroom, children's menu & baby care facilities!
Tip #3: Where to find the products you're looking for
The IKEA Showroom is located on the upper level, where you'll find our product range in fully furnished rooms so you can trial, test and find inspiration. Located on the lower level is the IKEA Market Hall filled with home accessories including cookware, linen, bathroom accessories, storage solutions, lighting and our Self-Serve area where you can pick up your furniture before making your way through the check outs.
IKEA Logan provides tape measures, pencils and shopping list for you to write down price tag details. Everything you need to know about a product is on the price tag. You'll find detailed product information, measurements and where to pick up the item.

- Write down product details including Article Number, Product Name & Colour
- Write down the aisle & location from the red tag. eg: 14 A
- Go to Self-Serve area & pick up your product
- If you see a YELLOW TAG:
- Write down product details
- Contact staff in the department for further assistance (Blue Information Towers)
- Pay at checkouts & pick up your product from the Full-Serve desk.
